Colour, Texture & Weave Variations

Slight variations in colour, texture, weave, embroidery or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted and handloom fabrics. These variations are part of the beauty and individuality of each piece and will not be considered defects.

Please also note that colours may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, lighting conditions and individual screen or device settings.

Returns & Size Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

A size exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
• The product must not have been altered or customised after purchase.
• The requested replacement size must be available.

For regular size exchanges, the cost of returning the product to us will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at order@ritikagoelofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your order number and sharing clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once the issue has been verified by our team, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Refunds are applicable only in cases approved by our team for damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Once approved and initiated, refunds may take approximately 7–10 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale & Discounted Products

During sale or promotional periods, product exchanges are not permitted. Only size exchanges will be considered, subject to availability and the eligibility conditions mentioned above.

• Current size
• Required size

Our team will respond to your request within 2–3 working days.

Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation from our team.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Dupattas purchased separately
• Anti-fit or free-size products where sizing is not applicable
• Custom-made, customised or made-to-measure pieces
• Products altered at the customer’s request
• International orders

Ritika Goel Official reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains or any other form of use.

All exchanges are subject to a quality inspection by our team and availability of the requested size.
